1 cup milky mist curd
2 tbsp smith&
jones ginger garlic paste

1 tsp tata sampann coriander powder
2 tbsp everest garam
masala
1 tsp tata salt
4 potato, cubed
5 beans, chopped
2 carrot, chopped
6 tbsp peas
100gm soyabean,
chopped
3 tbsp mint,
chopped
3 tbsp coriander,
chopped
FOR RICE:
2 cup dawat basmati
rice
water, for
soaking & boiling
spices
3 chilli, slit
2 tbsp coriander,
chopped
2 tbsp mint,
chopped
2 tbsp salt
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp ghee
2 tbsp ghee
2 tbsp oil
1 onion, sliced
1 capsicum, cubed
fried onion
½ cup amul saffron
milk
1 tsp everest biryani masala
2 tsp amul ghee
1st Add two cup of basmati rice in a bowl and wash them then so cute for 20 to 30 minutes.
How to marinate vegetables for biryani:
* take one cup curd, 2 tablespoon ginger garlic best ,2 chilly two tablespoon lemon juice ,2 tablespoon oil ,1/2 tablespoon turmeric 1/2 tablespoon chilli powder ,1 tablespoon coriander powder, 2 tablespoon Garam Masala and 1 table spoon salt or according to the taste and mix well.
* add 4 potato , 5 beans to carrot , 6 tablespoon peas ,100gm Soybean, 3 tablespoon mint 3 tablespoon coriander and mix well .
*Cover and keep for marination for 30-45 minutes .
How to make biryani base
* Put two tablespoon oil and two tablespoon ghee in a Kadhai and keep it for heating 1 minute.
* add one onion and one capsicum In till the turn crunchy and golden brown.
* put the marination prepared before and cook for approx 10 to 15 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked.
* now take a vessel and put 3 chillies , 2 tablespoon coriander, 2 tablespoon salt ,2 tablespoon lemon juice and 1 tablespoon ghee and boil it until the rice is cooked approx 80% now take out the rice from water.
How to layer at the biryani
* Now put Biryani gravy on to the khadai of coriander and onion and after that put rice slowly.
* now put some fried coriander and onion on top of it.
* add half cup Saffron milk 1 tablespoon biryani masala and 2 tablespoon ghee cover and Seal using Aluminium foil.
* now let the Biryani cook for at least 20 minutes and make sure to rest for at least 30 minutes before serving.
* finally ,enjoy veg biryani with salan and raita.
